Due to recent requests, we have decided to accept clients for the purpose of selling thier homes. We believe that this additional service will allow home shoppers the greatest opportunity to find homes for sale that meet thier search criteria.
How?
Simple, our goal is to feature up to three homes for sale in a given area that are represented in the correct price range in which persons are shopping. For example, we may accept a listing that is $350K. That listing will be displayed on the correct page that represents that price range in the Birmingham market. By being placed above the general results, your listing will receive more traffic and acheive greater success through maximum exposure to persons shopping homes!
